In the rare event of damage to or loss of property during our services, Spotless Bros is not responsible. By accepting our services, you agree to the terms and conditions stated on this website. It is the client’s responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting our services.

When a client accepts our services, we provide a price based on the condition, size, and level of dirt on the property or item being cleaned. We also inform the client about our website. It is the client’s responsibility to read the information and terms provided on the website.

Any accidental injury involving a member of our team while working on the client’s property does not automatically make the client responsible.

The water used by our pressure washers will come from the client’s outdoor water supply or garden hose. Any required electricity will also come from the client’s home unless another arrangement is made before the service begins.

If the client’s expectations are not fully met, payment of the previously agreed-upon amount is still required for the work completed. We will always try to provide fair prices. However, as stated on our website and social media pages, prices may vary depending on the job.
